Once you’re approved, we’ll give you a unique affiliate link you can share anywhere. Agents that are already using the platform are automatically approved. Marketers will be required additional information to sign in.

02 Share your positive experiences with ZipTitan.

There's no limit to how much you can make. Agents are sharing their positive experiences with ZipTitan in Forums, Subreddits, Facebook Groups, Instagram and YouTube.

03 Get paid.

You’ll earn a 10% commission every time that your referee claims a zip code, no limits. Our clients spend on average $571 a month with us.

04 Control your Traffic

Case Study

Jody is an agent in Brooklyn, New York. She got her real estate license in late 2019 and, after being recommended by her broker, she immediately started to use our services to receive seller leads in her zip code. Jody’s story is that of many real estate agents whom start with a couple hundred bucks and a lot of enthusiasm. She followed up promptly to every lead we sent her and by her second month she already had her first listing agreement signed.

Unfortunately, the 2020 covid 19 pandemic hit New York really hard and due to never ending lockdowns and the unstable real estate market, the sellers decided to take the listing off the market. She re-listed it later and sold it on November 2020, at 20k over asking price.
